Adding a Jogger to a paper cutter is the quickest and most cost effective way to double the production of a cutting department. The Kudo Ace MJ-14 Joggers have been re-engineered with a stronger air expulsion roller that can be programmed to roll out one or two times after the lift has been built. With the touch of a button, the operator can also expel air from the lift as many times as needed while building the lift. This is particularly useful when jogging very light stock. The Kudo Ace MJ-14 Joggers feature unique “drop down” side guides for a more compact floor plan. The computerized controller makes programming quick and easy. The operator can tilt left or side — two different tilt angles each way, clockwise or counterclockwise vibration movement with almost infinite control over the amount of vibration. Precise jogging of any stock, from the lightest to the heaviest, can be done quickly and easily.
Automatic lifter has automatic height adjustment and compact design improves operational efficiency. Sensors automatically adjust pile height for the operator. As paper is removed, the pile height is restored, continuing operation ergonomics. Sensors will stop the machine, preventing injury and ensuring safe operation.
